Review Samsung Nexus S (i9020)

This is a smartphone that was asked as the successor to breed Google phones. If you have previously worked with Google to produce Google HTC phones first Nexus, this time Google entrust to Samsung to make smartphones official Google, Samsung Nexus S.
Design

This screen is also classified as very good in responding to any touch input.
Curved contour in the surface of the screen provide the sensation of its own that has never been found before, especially when doing swipe for scrolling from top to bottom or vice versa.

 








OS and Menus

Android Gingerbread (v2.3), Android's UI standards.
Gingerbread on Nexus S has an amazing performance, during the test period, PULSE does not have the slightest lag that occasionally feels when testing GalaxyS or Galaxy SL.
Fairly standard homescreen display with 5 panel to put the various shortcuts and widgets.
The main menu presents the standard Android applications that are categorized as minimal.

Photo Cameras



5 MP (2560 x 1920), LED flash, autofocus, geo-tagging, secondary VGA camera.
Camera features are poor special features, such as touch focus, smile shot, face detection and panorama which can usually be found on the smartphone Samsung hi-end output.
PULSE also did not find the zoom feature on the camera Nexus S. The same thing happened to Nexus.
Even so standard features such as exposure, color effects and scene modes can still be used
Results Cameras
Despite having very limited features, but the catch of the Nexus S fairly good camera. The sharpness of the picture is very slick and the resulting color also looks natural. When lighting conditions are not supportive, dependable flashlight.

Nexus S does not provide a special icon for a video player application on the main menu.

Audio

Party Shuffle, Supports mp3, amr, wav
Nothing special about the music player on this phone, Nexus S does not even provide a common equalizer settings on the features of smartphonehi-end music player. PULSE party shuffle feature found only more or less functions like a regular shuffle feature.

Internet
HTML Browser, Supports Flash Player 10.2, multi-windows browsing, pinch zooming, RSS feeds, share page.
PULSE found no change in appearance, features, performance and even the default browser with a Nexus S available in previous versions.
Overall you will feel the same Internet experience when using Nexus or the Galaxy S.

Benchmark

Full benchmark scored Nexus S 1973 makes it is at the top of the ranks of Android smartphone is made by Quadrant Benchmark parameters.

Connectivity

HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps, Wifi, Buetooh, USB, tethering, and portable hotspot.
In terms of connectivity, Nexus S offers many alternatives to connect to the internet and other devices.
