LG 2011 smartphone roadmap leaked, many Androids and one WP7 inside

LG has many more smartphones coming this year, aside from the recently announced Optimus Net and Optimus Pro (and the previously seen Optimus 2X, 3D, and Black). As you might have already guessed, most of these devices will run Android, though not all.

The following mammoth roadmap leak comes courtesy of PocketNow. The images you'll see in this post are renders, which the guys over there claim are based on actual device images which they can't publicize.

So let's dive in. First off, we have the LG Prada K2, seen above. This will be a flagship device of sorts, at least for the fashion-conscious. It will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will have a 4.3-inch Nova display, 16 GB of internal storage space, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 1.3 MP front-facing camera, support for 21 Mbps HSDPA, and a “Prada-inspired texture on the casing”. The Prada K2 will be 8.8 mm thin and will be out before the end of the year, sometime during the ‘holiday' season.

The LG Univa will apparently be the real successor to the wildly popular Optimus One, and not the Optimus Net as LG led us to believe so far. Therefore, the Optimus Net will be a bit lower-end than the Univa and they will both be sold side by side.

The LG Univa will have an 800 MHz processor, a 3.5-inch HVGA (480×320) capacitive touchscreen, a 5-megapixel camera, and DLNA support. It will be 11.9 mm thin, and will also run Android Gingerbread.

Stepping into Windows Phone 7 territory for just a minute, we have the LG Fantasy. Unfortunately, not much is known about this device just yet. A Q4 release is likely, and the design will be something similar to what you see above. That's about it for now, back to Android.

The LG Victor will be an upper-midrange offering, one that could easily have been a flagship device just one year ago. It will have a 3.8-inch WVGA (800×480) OLED capacitive touchscreen, a 1 GHz single-core processor, a 5 MP rear camera, and a VGA front-facing camera. It will also come with DLNA and Wi-Fi Direct support.

The LG E2 will be a low-end Android smartphone that will probably feature a QVGA (240×320) touchscreen, a sub-gigahertz processor, and a 2 MP or 3 MP basic camera. This will sit in LG's portfolio below the Optimus Net, and should be very cheap indeed. Depending on how cheap exactly, it may turn out to be the best selling device out of all of the above. We'll just have to wait and see.

Last, but definitely not least, is the renderless LG K, which will be one of the first smartphones out there with a 720p HD display. The screen size should be quite big too, so expect at least 4.3 inches, if not 4.5.
