The long-running saga of the LG Optimus 3D launch schedule has come to an end, with the phone now ACTUALLY ON SALE through Carphone Warehouse. It's rather expensive, though, with tariffs starting at £35 for the extra-chunky 3D mobile.
As well as the novelty of the phone's glasses-free 3D display, buyers will get three free “digitally remastered into S-3D” games from Gameloft to show it off – with NOVA Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance, Let's Golf 2 and Asphalt 6 pre-loaded on the Android phone.
Optimus 3D owners also get a 50% discount when buying additional 3D game remasters through the phone. Gameloft has put together a trailer for the 3D remakes, which is available in just the two dimensions, on YouTube here.
It shows things coming out of the screen, as is the norm in 3D adverts.
