Announced by LG back in February, during MWC 2011, the LG Optimus Chat C550 has been just released by O2 in the UK.
The new smartphone is targeted at young users, it runs Android 2.2 Froyo, and comes with a sliding QWERTY keyboard. It also features a 2.8 inch HVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 3MP camera, 140MB of on-board memory, and MicroSD card support.
You can buy the Optimus Chat here at O2 for £139 on Pay As You Go.
For the moment, O2 is selling the Optimus Chat only in a black / pink version, but other colors should also be available (like the black & silver one pictured above).
